German government’s ZenDIS publishes first studys and papers

#Digitalsovereignty in public #tenders and the #opencode repository for #opensource software are at the center of ZenDIS (Zentrum für Digitale Souveränität, center for digital sovereignty). The ZenDIS is run by the german government and is supporting opensource in public administration and is running both the OSS repository opencode and the free open source web desktop for public administrationes #opendesk.
